How much does a Video Visit cost?

If you have insurance, your cost will be the same as a regular in-clinic visit. If you don’t have insurance, our self-pay rate is $95. And there is no need to worry, we will send you a message confirming your permission to charge your card after your appointment.

Do you accept insurance for Video Visits?
We accept most major insurances. If you are unsure about coverage, please contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage.

In consideration of COVID-19, many insurance providers are covering Telemedicine visits at this time.

Can the provider prescribe me medication during a Video Visit?
Yes. Just like a regular in-clinic visit, one of our providers can diagnose your condition and prescribe you medication(s) that you can pick up at your local pharmacy. To note, not all symptoms and conditions are able to be diagnosed through telemedicine.
Do I need to sign up for an account?
No. As a patient, you don’t need to create an account with us to see your provider. Simply book an appointment, register your details, and hop into the call at the scheduled time. Solv accounts are an option for added convenience.
Are the Video Visits secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted using 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video, and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.
